Warning: This post contains spoilers for the first episode of The Watch Take Turns Tasting With College Alumni OnlineBachelor, season 21.
After being introduced to all the contestants on Season 21 of The Bachelor, it seems the fourth time on the franchise may actually be the charm for Nick Viall.
Since we first met Viall on Season 10 of the Bachelorette, he has certainly changed. The 36-year-old went from being the villain (when fighting for Andi Dorfman's love) to being tolerated (on season 11 of The Bachelorette with Kaitlyn Bristowe) to eventually -- dare we say it? -- being loved on Bachelor in Paradise (after it didn't work out with Jen).
But if Viall finds his match this season, it won't be because he has transformed into a more likable reality star. Instead, it'll likely be because the ABC franchise has picked perhaps the strongest group of contestants to date.
The show has notoriously featured contestants with interesting occupations. Last season of The Bachelorette had contestants with jobs such as "hipster" and "Canadian." On Ben Higgins' season of The Bachelor, there was a "chicken enthusiast." Other unique job titles from previous seasons include: "free spirit" (Lucy, Bachelor Season 18), "dog lover" (Kelly, Bachelor Season 18), "socialite" (Erica Rose, Bachelor Season 9) and "twins" (Emily and Haley, Bachelor Season 20).
But Season 21 has moved past the silly jobs. As Variety's Seth Kelley pointed out "it’s clear that this year there was an initiative to highlight career-driven ladies." PEOPLE described the group as "a perfect mix of smart, accomplished, beautiful and bats— crazy."

Here are just some of the many in the group of 30 that stood out.
"I finished setting up my fantasy teams, but the only plays I want to make this season is for your heart." - Rachel ❤️🏈 pic.twitter.com/oLW7lDupos

Rachel is a smart, charming lawyer from Dallas. She got the first impression rose, making her a clear frontrunner.
On her bio online, the 31-year-old says if she could be anyone for just one day, she would be "Michelle Obama. She's everything!" Her favorite artist is Jean-Michel Basquiat.
If Viall doesn't propose to her, hopefully ABC will pick her as the next Bachelorette (there's still never been a nonwhite lead on the franchise).
Alexis, 23, became an instant internet favorite after exiting the limo in a shark outfit which she said was a dolphin outfit (she's an aspiring dolphin trainer IRL).
She was funny and not afraid to be herself. Oh and she wore the shark costume the entire episode, she did not secretly have a gown underneath. That's dedication.
This year, be the girl on #thebachelor that's definitely in a shark costume but won't let anyone tell her she's not a dolphin. #confidence pic.twitter.com/4J9pOhBBz4

Even one of the other girls in the house said: "I want to be friends with the dolphin-shark." Who wouldn't?
We don't know much about Jaimi yet but according to her bio, she's a chef whose biggest accomplishment to date is "catering the Oscars." NBD.
She is also is the first openly LGBTQ contestant on the show. In a preview for the upcoming season, she talks about her ex-girlfriend to Viall.
"Nick was really receptive to my past relationship with my ex-girlfriend..It felt good to kind of set the stage for the rest of my time here,” she says in the promo during a one-on-one interview.
Sure, Corinne will likely be edited as the villain of the season.
After all, the 24-year-old does say during the premiere: "I know what I need to do and nobody is going to be in my way." She's also the first to kiss Viall, igniting a lot of gossip among the other ladies in the house.
But in the first episode we also learn that she "runs her parents' multimillion-dollar company."
In her bio, she describes it as "an online business. It's very important to me, but the cool thing is it's online, so I can run it from anywhere."
The nurse from Nashville left her hometown after losing her fiancé, who was reportedly a musician who died of overdose.
"I needed to start fresh somewhere," she says in her bio.
The 29-year-old is a special education teacher from Montreal, Quebec in Canada.
She speaks speaks three languages: English, French and Italian. In her bio, she describes her three best attributes as: "My personality, my drive to succeed and work hard, my patience."
"Obviously, it'd be amazing if I came back and was engaged!" - Vanessa 💍#TheBachelor 🌹 pic.twitter.com/qs8fNf8DVu
