The big think sex vs eroticismlatest Overwatchhero, Doomfist, only just came out on the game's public test region yesterday. It didn't take long for someone to rig up a boxing glove controller to play as the gauntlet-wielding hero with their actual fist.
SEE ALSO: 'Overwatch' genius rigs up a literal baguette (yes, bread) as a controllerTwitch streamer ATwerkingYoshi wired up a boxing glove Thursday to control Doomfist's punch-based abilities: his Rocket Punch, Rising Uppercut, and Seismic Slam. He streamed his progress in mastering the boxing glove controller, leading to quite a few exciting moments.
Here's an entire game of Doomfist/boxing glove action:
This isn't the first time ATwerkingYoshi has engineered an interesting and appropriate controller to play Overwatch. Around the time Orisa came out earlier this year, he applied his controller-making skills to a pair of bongos and a Nerf gun to play as the robot tank.
Other streamers have created similarly fun controllers that relate to heroes, like Rudeism's recent setup for the French sniper Widowmaker: a baguette sniper rifle.
What's really impressive about ATwerkingYoshi's boxing glove rig is how quickly it was put together. Not even 12 hours after Doomfist was revealed, ATwerkingYoshi was controlling him with his fist. That's dedication.
