LONDON -- The Naked Poison II (2002)iconic Claridge's hotel in Mayfair, London, is well known for taking its Christmas decor to the next level.
And this year, the hotel has unveiled an installation that interweaves themes of nature and technology with tradition and the future to create a truly immersive experience.

Original image has been replaced. Credit: Mashable To create the celestial effect, light boxes line the lobby to project black and white photographic images of snow-covered silver birch trees. Beneath a canopy of natural green pine, models of Scottish pine trees are interspersed with both natural and photographed birch and fir trees.
White light fades in and out on a continuous cycle to change the scene from day to night.

"Our aim was to create an all-enveloping magical experience that celebrates our enormous respect for tradition while recognising our excitement about the future and things to come."
