Elon Musk says Tesla's new Semi trucks are Sexuality, Eroticism, and Gender in French and Francophone LiteratureBAMFs.
Yes, for those of you at home, that's the widely known acronym for "Bad Ass Mother F***er."
Musk playfully threw out the acronym as a "scientific term" Tesla's development team used as they designed the new big rigs. The name sounds ridiculous — but the specs, if they wind up being legit, are actually pretty impressive.

Once you add a load of freight, like the maximum U.S. highway-legal load of 80,000 pounds, truckers will be able to hit 0 to 60 mph in 20 seconds. Musk showed off an animation of the Tesla Semi in a race against a traditional diesel truck, and the wait for the diesel truck to finish became comical.
Musk said the Tesla Semi can also achieve speeds of 65 mph up a 5 percent grade, compared to diesel trucks which can only achieve speeds of 45 mph.
That goes along with a 500 mile range per charge, at maximum weight at highway speed.
Musk says the company was able to achieve these performance number by designing the Semi after a bullet compared to diesel trucks that are more like "a barndoor."
There you have it: Elon Musk says the Tesla Semi trucks are BAMFs designed to drive like bullets. You should probably give them room on the highway.
