Michelle and Barack Obama both called Chicago home before moving to the White House, which explains why Michelle was able to reveal to the audience that her family knew the Chicago rapper since he was "a wee little baby rapper."

"I didn't prepare a speech because I wanted to speak from my heart. I'm 24 and to be receiving something like this at my age feels good as hell," said Chance, while clutching the award on stage.
"It doesn't feel deserved yet, but my god is putting the pressure on me so I can become who I'm supposed to be. I'm a good man and I'm going to become a better man."
