Emma Stone,Sister Emanuelle along with a host of other celebrities, have partnered with the Child Mind Institute for a new campaign video series that has them opening up about their personal experience with mental health and the stigma that surrounds it.
In her video, Stone speaks openly about her struggles with anxiety since she was a child and all the tools she utilizes in order to live a, "normal, exciting and vibrant life."

Stone also stressed the reason she's able to handle her mental health is through her therapist and other cognitive behaviors such as meditation.
While these tools may not work for every case, the biggest takeaway from Stone's video is to bring to light how important it is for children with anxiety to get the help they need so they can learn to manage it as adults.
