We finally have Japani Malish (2025) EP 4-6 Hindi Web Seriesour first proper glimpse of Stranger ThingsSeason 2, and that can only mean one thing -- it's time for some close-up, borderline obsessive analysis of every single frame.
The teaser may only be an all-too-brief 36 seconds in length, but it's still brimming with clues as to what we can expect from the show's second season.
SEE ALSO: 10 questions we need 'Stranger Things' Season 2 to answerWe've been through the whole thing with a fine-tooth comb to try and track down as many hints as we could.
The ominous-looking, spidery beast that pops up twice during the teaser may well be the next Season's biggest threat -- but what exactly is it?
At the end of Stranger ThingsSeason 1, some people theorised that the Thessalhydra -- the monster defeated by the boys when they play Dungeons & Dragons in the "One Month Later" scene in the show's final episode -- would crop up in Season 2.
That may still happen, of course, but the monster pictured above doesn't look much like a Thessalhydra to us -- it looks more like one of the giant, shadowy monsters encountered in Stephen King's The Mist, or one of the deities in a Lovecraft story.
One other thing to note about this image, which we'll come onto later: the trees actually have leaves, which means Will's likely not just seeing the Upside Down: he's actually seeing Hawkins itself.
We know from Season 1 that Will Byers is good at drawing. Judging from the fact the picture above is pretty much a perfect recreation of the monster he sees when he opens the door at the teaser's conclusion, it seems safe to say that he's the creator of the sketch.
The implication? The last scene of the teaser was either of dream or a vision, similar to what Will experienced in the bathroom at the end of Season 1. He's sketching the images he sees in an attempt to make sense of them.
The Stranger Thingsofficial Twitter account responded to quite a few people after the teaser aired on Sunday, and one of the recurring quotes used was "A storm is coming".
This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.
So let's piece all this together: we have Will's drawing/vision, which shows a monster framed by storm clouds looming over the horizon of Hawkins; we have the episode titles for Season 2 released last year, one of which (episode five) is called "The Storm"; and we have a shot of Dustin looking up into the sky, looking afraid.
Our prediction: the aforementioned storm will take place in episode five of Season 2, and will involve Hawkins being visited by a freak weather condition that somehow opens the door to the Upside Down.
It's difficult to be 100% certain, but the black-and-white close-up of the monitor that flashes onto the screen 15 seconds into the teaser looks very much like Will Byers.
From the looks of it, Will -- accompanied by his mother -- is undergoing some sort of neurological test. Maybe he's getting treatment for his ongoing visions?
We know from Netflix's press release that Season 2 will take place a year after Will's return, but a closer look at the teaser gives us a glimpse of the exact timeline.
The camera monitor pictured above on the right reads October 30 '84, while in the left-hand picture we can see Halloween decorations on the door of Hawkings Middle School (presumably Dustin and the boys' Ghostbustersoutfits are Halloween costumes).
The date checks out, too: October 31, 1984 was a Wednesday, so the boy's would indeed have been in school.
And hey -- wouldn't Halloween be the perfect date for evil to break through into the town?
Can't it be Halloween already?
