"No matter how daunting our challenges may be, I have a steadfast faith in our country and our people, and I am proud to be an American at the dawning of this new American moment," Clinton said at the time towards the end of her speech.
Clinton also used the phrase in 2010 during a speech on foreign policy, as reported by the Washington Post.
According to the White House, Trump is slated to say, "This is our New American Moment. There has never been a better time to start living the American dream." The context of that excerpt is unclear, though it does come after another excerpt on tax cuts, which were recently passed in December, and are touted as a major victory by the Trump administration.
