Imagine 3,Music Archives000 flowers blooming as you walk past them.
Daimaru, a departmental store in Japan, has put up a flower installation it calls "Flower Mirror," which tracks and blooms to mirror people as they move in front of it.

Via GiphyEach time someone walks past, sensors detect their silhouette, and the corresponding flowers open in bloom.
The mirror is also able to reflect various shapes, patterns or texts that have already been programmed.
These letters for example, spell out "Daimaru."
Via GiphyThe installation measures 4m wide and 3m long (16 x 10ft), and was put up in celebration of Daimaru's 300th anniversary.
It will be available at Daimaru's Tokyo and Kyoto branches until the end of the month -- so go on and see yourself in bloom.
