As of Monday evening,Secret Tutoring (2018) five teams remained alive in the NBA Playoffs: The Warriors and Spurs are currently facing off in the Western Conference Finals, while the winner of that night's game between the Celtics and Wizards would advance to play the Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals.
But before that Wizards-Celtics game could even begin, a conspiracy theory born out of a Twitter header image got people wondering if the fix was in.
SEE ALSO: The internet had a perfect rebuttal to Gregg Popovich calling out a 'dirty' playMonday night's Game 7 between the Celtics and Wizards was broadcast on TNT.
Before that game started, several astute Twitter users noticed something perplexing on the NBA on TNT's official Twitter account. That account's header image featured players from the Warriors, Spurs, Celtics, and Cavaliers — but notthe Wizards.
Five teams were left standing, but only four were featured by the game's broadcast carrier.
With the Wizards and Celtics set to play for the right to advance and face the Cavaliers, this omission prompted some to wonder if the NBA's final four had been preordained.

Complicating matters: Boston ended up beating Washington on Monday night, which made the final four in that header image actually come true.
Now, it's important to note that the basketball internet loves a good conspiracy theory. Plenty have been debunked, but there are even YouTube breakdowns to pore over if you so desire to go deeper down the rabbit hole.
So what's the deal here? Can we add it to the list?
Nope.
*Cue sad trombone*
A Turner Sports rep told SB Nationthat the header image in question has been up since the playoffs began — which actually makes total sense because the Warriors, Spurs, Celtics, and Cavaliers are the top four seeds in the playoffs.
So file this one under: Debunked.
Better luck next time, internet.
