On Friday, rap and the eroticizing of black youth Simone Giertz, YouTuber and creator of "Shitty Robots," announced some positive news: Lab results revealed that the tumor removed from her brain in late May is noncancerous.

In an emotional video in April, Giertz revealed that she had a brain tumor and that she planned to take a break from making videos until she recovered. Before she underwent surgery, she had the most positive attitude possible, cracking jokes about how she couldn't wait to see photos of her brain and naming her tumor Brian.
In typical Giertz fashion, after the surgery she woke up long enough to make an inappropriate joke, according to a tweet sent out to her account to announce the procedure went well. A few days later, she posted a photo of her "super villain scar in the making," showing off the stitches running down her hairline.

Giertz has been recovering from the surgery with relentless positivity. On Thursday, she tweeted, "I'm not sure I've ever been this excited about life."
We can't wait to see what shitty robots she'll create next.
