Twitter has rallied behind Leslie Jones after she shared her personal fear of dying alone.
Leslie Jones isn't one to be Bad Detective: Food Chain [Uncut]shy on social media. The Saturday Night Livecast member has used Twitter for all sorts of things such as landing a date, making her way to the Olympics, and sharing the rollercoaster of emotions one goes through when watching Game of Thrones.
But on Monday, Jones turned to Twitter to share a feeling that we all have gone through at one point: the fear of being alone.
In a mid-workout selfie, Jones explained that she felt like all her hard work was pointless.
"OK back to cardio. But confession I feel like I’m doing it for nothing," she wrote on Twitter. "... I really feel like 'what’s it all for' if the people you want to notice don’t. I just feel like I might die alone. Sorry that’s pretty heavy today!!"

Her feelings struck a chord with many. People immediately responded to the comedian with their sympathy, empathy, and advice in dealing with all the very real feelings Jones tweeted about.
Some assured her a significant other would come, others told her to find solace in her own strength, but all showed major love.
